Get involved this World Humanitarian Day 2021

United Nations World Humanitarian Day occurs each year on 19 August and brings together partners from across the humanitarian system to raise the voices of those at the front lines of humanitarian crises and conflict. It’s also an opportunity to thank humanitarian workers for their service – sometimes paying the ultimate price.

This year’s theme is #TheHumanRace – A global challenge for climate action. It highlights the immediate consequences of the climate emergency for the world’s most vulnerable people and aims to ensure that their voices are heard, and their needs top the agenda at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in November.

You can show your support on World Humanitarian Day this year by making a donation to RedR Australia to help us deliver essential humanitarian assistance and by joining our team in #TheHumanRace for climate action.
