STEP 1

Complete the training application form

STEP 2

Complete the personal medical information form.

You will need to provide:

  • your Medicare number
  • ambulance membership
  • health insurance details (if applicable)
  • the date of your last tetanus shot

STEP 3

Please note:

  • Dookie is located off the Midland Highway halfway between the cities of Shepparton and Benalla in central Victoria, about 200km (2 1/2 hours) north of Melbourne.
  • All courses will begin at 11am on the starting day.
  • Activities will be finished by 12:30pm on the final day.
  • A certificate of participation will be awarded upon completion of your course.

Please complete the travel form at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.
