Funding

RedR Australia is a not-for-profit organisation. To carry out our work, we receive funding from the Australian Government, our founding bodies, corporate partners, members of the community and other donors.

Support from the Australian Government

The Australian Government funds many of our field placements and subsidises the mandatory training courses for Standby Register personnel.

Our work in providing capable Australians to international relief efforts aligns well with the Australian aid programme.

We are most grateful for Australian Government interest and support.

Support from the UK Government

RedR Australia receives important funding from the Department for International Development (DFID) in the UK, which allows us to send more of our experts to the places they are needed most.

In order to maximise support to our UN standby partners and other aid organisations, we seek funding to enable us to expand our programmes to select, train and send personnel to the field. If your organisation is interested in becoming one of RedR Australia's corporate partners, please contact communications@redr.org.au.
